Our view at the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, DC spelled things out clearly (photo Nov 2020).And it called to mind this photomontage called “Cleaning the Drapes” by one of my favorite artists, Martha Rosler, from her series “House Beautiful: Bringing the War Home” (1967-72).
Much of my career in radiology has been spent studying, with great fascination, the internal mechanisms of the human body. This blog is an effort to expand that view to the outside world and also to map my own experiences engaging with it.
