One of the drawbacks of living in Chicago for almost 20 years was the lack of quality crab cakes (try Smith & Wollensky, if you must). In Baltimore’s Fells Point, this terrific spot more than scratches that itch.We’ve been aggressively making up for lost time/crab! The raw bar is excellent. And my wife always gets the lobster roll, which is also primo. The main problem is in the deciding. But paired with their nice Pouilly-Fumé, you cannot go wrong! “Lobster to the left of me, crab cake to the right, here I am stuck in the middle with you.”
Much of my career in radiology has been spent studying, with great fascination, the internal mechanisms of the human body. This blog is an effort to expand that view to the outside world and also to map my own experiences engaging with it.
